Select "Run" when prompted. (Alternativly, you can save the file to your desktop and double-click to install)

How To Use

Once installation is complete, locate "NeoRouter Network Explorer" from your start menu and run it by Double-Clicking.

You will be prompted for three items which are needed to login.

A Username, A Password, and the Domain Name in which to Login To.

Use the information provided to you by Southeatern Overread Services to connect. If you do not know your login information please contact us at 336.542.2900

Make sure to check the "Remember Me" and "Login Automatically" check boxes, doing so will ensure the tunnel remains connected at all times and you will not have to manually connect. The third check box of "Start with Windows" does not need to be checked.

Once you have completed these steps, you should see at least one computer listed in the NeoRouter Explorer Window called "DICOM Gateway (FUSION_SERVER .3 port 104)" which is our AE Target. Once you see this listing, you are connected and ready to set a new AE Target in your PACS software for transmitting images.

Note, our tunnel client is a Virtual Adaptor that uses your existing internet connection to create a 256 bit encrypted secure VLAN tunnel with our corporate offices and fulfills any and all compliancy issues regarding DICOM Image transmissions. The tunnel will not affect your existing internet connection other than to consume bandwidth as you send images to our facilities. Because the tunnel uses your existing internet connection, your transmission speed will depends on your current "upload" speed provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). SOS suggests a 2 Meg by 2 Meg (2 up and 2 down) internet connection if you have need to send more than a few images a day. A typical 15 Megabyte CR image will take an average of 2 to 4 minutes (each image, not an entire study) using an internet connection with a 1 megabyte upload speed. Consult your ISP for pricing and availability in your area. If you do not currently have one, we will be happy to suggest a provider in your area.
